At Kensho MindBodhi, I offer Integration Therapy that draws on powerful approaches from NLP, CBT and Inner Child work. Through Parts Integration (NLP), we gently explore and resolve inner conflicts—helping you bring opposing parts of yourself into harmony. This method is especially effective when you're feeling torn, stuck, or self-sabotaging. We work to reconnect with the younger aspects of yourself that may still hold unprocessed pain, unmet needs, or forgotten strengths.
